Our Hastelloy B2 Sheets are made of a molybdenum-nickel alloy which are known for its exceptional resistance to reducing atmospheres like sulphuric, hydrogen chloride gas and acetic acids.
Hastelloy B2 Plates are finely finished and they offer high malleability and excellent resistance towards climatic causes of metal degradation. Hastelloy B2 Wire has very good resistance to reducing, and mildly oxidizing corrosives, which is particularly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion. These wires can be easily forged in the temperature range of 1232 Degree C – 982 Degree C (2250 Degree F – 1800 Degree F). These Hastelloy wires are widely used by the chemical processing industries.
